Alliance Networks will not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you are banned, you will not get a refund. If you do not favor the service, you will not get a refund. If you unexpectedly did not receive your Credits, and don't have any proof of your purchase, you will not get a refund. You may appeal your purchase refund on the forums, and we will review your case. But we 95% guarantee that you will receive your purchase. It's not integral for you to purchase credits, it's completely optional and at your own risk.

2. Credit Exchange

If you for any reason have your credits/account hacked, stolen, broken, lost, etc... you will not receive an exchange unless you have opaque proof of your purchase. You may present an un-edited screenshot of your receipt. You may also email your receipt to the Play Alliance staff assisting you in your troubles. The Game Master has the authority to replace your credits item if he feels the receipt you've presented is real.

3. Credit purchase

When you purchase credits from Alliance Networks, it is understood that you're purchasing credits at your own risk. You're paying for a service, you're paying to keep our servers up. We're selling virtual items, when you purchase credits, you take the risk's) involved in purchasing credits as listed in the "Refund Policy". We 100% guarantee you that all purchases go for the maintenance for the website,  servers, and the upgrades to other equipment which may or may not be related to the servers.

4. Indemnification
